Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Banyan Pulmonary Services We’re bringing respiratory therapy back to long‑term care. What You’ll Do Provide hands‑on respiratory care (nebulizations, assessments, airway clearance, etc.) Track progress and adjust care plans. Opportunity to shape a new model of post‑acute care. Qualifications Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) in good standing. BLS certification (ACLS if working with ventilators – may be obtained after hire). Graduate of an AMA‑approved School of Respiratory Therapy. Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain safety standards. Attention to detail and adherence to ethics. Physical & Work Requirements Walk 10–12 hours per day. Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and handling equipment. Work in varying temperatures and conditions. Availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Tolerance for high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
