Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound Prospecting
The VA Group
The VA Group is looking for dedicated SDR callers who can confidently engage business owners, build rapport quickly, and turn initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
**What You'll Do**
* Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
* Lead natural, engaging conversations to understand business needs and identify potential fit.
* Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.
* Qualify interested prospects and coordinate a smooth handoff to the sales team.
* Maintain accurate call notes, prospect records, and follow-up schedules.
* Manage daily outreach activities effectively to meet prospecting goals.
**Requirements**
* Neutral English accent and very good verbal and written communication skills, with clear pronunciation and strong active listening.
* Solid business knowledge and the confidence to hold meaningful conversations with business owners.
* Quick thinking and natural conversational skills, with the ability to adapt beyond a script.
* Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
* Strong organization, time management, and consistent follow-through.
* Resilience, professionalism, and openness to coaching.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in outbound calling, B2B prospecting, appointment setting, or sales development is preferred.
