Crew Member

Why Wendy'sPosition OverviewThe essential functions and position standards of a crew member are listed below. Generally, it is necessary for a crew member to be crossed-trained in at least three stations. Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift. An individual must be able to perform each necessary function satisfactorily. Wendy's will, upon request, provide reasonable accommodation in accordance with the ADA to known physical or mental limitations of an otherwise qualified employee or applicant with a disability, unless doing so would cause Wendy's undue hardship.ResponsibilitiesGreeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitalityPreparing and serving food as neededSmile and connect with internal and external customersAssist in opening or closing proceduresMust be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for long amounts of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.Ensure there is clear communication between the register and food line staffKnowledgeable of the brand and menu itemsFollow sanitation and safety proceduresGreet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcomeWhat You Can ExpectAs a Crew Member, you'll enjoy the following benefits:Flexible schedulesFast access to wages with PayActivOpportunities for advancementA fun work environmentCasual dress code (jeans and company provided t-shirt)401k with company match*Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Available to employees who qualify based on hours worked50% employee discount on one meal per shiftWhat We Expect From YouRequired SkillsAbility to multitaskAbility to work at a quick, efficient and thorough paceTeam-oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethicPositive attitudeCustomer service-orientedAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersWe'll teach you the rest!Additionally, you need to meet the following requirements:At least 16 years of ageHave reliable transportationPerform physical demands of the job - including, but not limited to, standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 poundsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
