Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and create integrated, progress-focused care plans for clients with mental health and emotional disorders.

• Engage directly with clients through individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that provided services are tailored to meet their specific needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to common goals and collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple disciplines.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform screenings and assessments, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of client needs and objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention services and follow up with clients to monitor progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and reporting requirements, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in on-call duties during and after program hours, providing necessary support to clients as emergencies arise.

This role focuses on clients within the hospice setting who are facing significant challenges related to major mental illness and emotional distress. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work with this vulnerable population, helping them navigate their treatment paths while ensuring they receive culturally competent and compassionate care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey (LCSW).

• At least two years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
