Experience: Prior inpatient/outpatient adult therapy experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations and administer treatments for speech, language, and dysphagia disorders in adult patients
• Conduct bedside swallow studies, diet recommendations, and monitor outpatient VFSS
• Design and update personalized care plans with clear goals and documentation
• Provide verbal and written reports to physicians and healthcare team members
• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education activities
• Maintain accurate documentation in McKesson EMR systems
• Work independently with minimal supervision in inpatient and outpatient settings

What You Need

• Valid Michigan State license or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Relevant experience in inpatient/outpatient adult therapy
• Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology, dysphagia management, and patient assessment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
