Business Architect
The Business Architect is a business facing role who dives into the alignment between strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives. The primary focus of this person's work includes the analysis of business motivations and business operations, through the use of business analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Drive process standardization & business metrics within their process area
- Manage project planning, work breakdown, and time tracking
- Benchmark end-to-end best practice
- Sign-off detailed design on time
- Resolve all process integration gaps and escalations
- Identify & mitigate risk and signed off plan
- Vet customizations
- Document integrated process/value stream mapping
- Drive training content and documentation of transactions
- Initiate and partner on integration test strategy, plan, scripts and testing
- On-time sign-off of integrated solution with Business Unit Exec. IU gmt. Supports driving user acceptance of change
This role is for a person with a tensile Business Process, Logistics/Warehousing and/or IT Function a! Analyst experience in EAP (hands-on & systems) in the IU of Logistics workspace with specific expertise in the SAP EWI1 IU module. The qualified candidate needs to be a self starter, little management required, driven and have the ability to work well in a team environment. Extensively both vertically and horizontally within the organization is essential. Travel will be required while on project basis domestically and internationally.

- Leadership and driving decisions across the organization (downward, across, upward)
- Deep functional knowledge and SAP solution development skills
- Cross functional knowledge
- Strong project and matrix management
- Business process mapping and redesign
- Dedication: 100’Iâ (across strategic and tactical responsibilities for program and project)
Required Skills: Must be onsite in Austin, TX 2 weeks (m-f) out of every month 6 month contract to hire Skills: - SAP EWM - Understand SAP configurations - Drafting test scripts -"Blueprint" process flow mapping
