As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.41 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access activity and assist with visitor management, credential checks, and delivery coordination in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
