As a Lead Sales Associate, you will manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner‑assisted stretch. Job Summary As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone, the leader within your studio, and the primary driver of membership sales. You will support member growth and retention while ensuring successful operations and financial accountability for the studio. Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales to every guest who enters the studio. Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer the phone, and address concerns. Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals. Promote member retention through daily operation guides, superior service, and consistent follow‑ups. Track KPIs and assist the General Manager in monitoring all key sales metrics. Encourage add‑on sessions and continually improve sales skills for the team. Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building positive relationships with members and teammates. Lead by example, going above and beyond what is asked to support the team daily. Ensure operational excellence across all studio functions. Success Indicators Convert guests into members after their first session. Exceed sales goals and hold staff accountable for performance. Demonstrate strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking skills. Assist the General Manager in setting and attaining studio goals. Run detailed performance reports and understand key drivers of studio success. Deliver outstanding customer service, connecting with everyone and making them feel valued.
