Job Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team on a part-time basis . This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and supporting business operations. Flexible hours make this a great fit for professionals looking for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into QuickBooks , Excel , and Zoho CRM .
• Create and track vendor purchase orders , ensuring timely delivery and updates.
• Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges , and other financial records.
• Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems .
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks .
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows .
• Support general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) .
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel , including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software.
• Knowledge of 10-Key typing .
• Prior office or administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
