Job Description We are seeking alicensed OccupationalTherapist (OT) to providepediatric occupational therapy services for Early Intervention (birth–3) and school-age students across home,school, and community settings on Long Island. The OccupationalTherapist will evaluate and treat children with developmentaldelays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor and visual-motordeficits, and functional skill needs. This role emphasizespractical, individualized interventions that support participationin daily routines, academic tasks, and age-appropriate activities. The OccupationalTherapist will collaborate with families, educators, servicecoordinators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensureconsistent and effective service delivery across environments. Responsibilities include: Conductoccupational therapy evaluations and develop individualizedtreatment plans for EI and school-age students Provide directoccupational therapy services in home-based EI andschool-based or community settings Address finemotor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, andfunctional participation Collaborate withfamilies, teachers, and related service providers to supportcarryover of skills Completerequired documentation including evaluations, session notes,and progress reports Provideconsultation and strategies to caregivers and school staff as appropriate Maintain ethicaland professional standards in accordance with New York Stateand AOTA guidelines Qualifications Current New York State OccupationalTherapist license required Master’s degree or higher in OccupationalTherapy from an accredited program Pediatric experience preferred; EI and/orschool-based experience a plus but not required Ability to pass required backgroundchecks and clearances Strong communication, organization, andclinical reasoning skills Ability to work independently acrossmultiple settings while collaborating with a team Professional, reliable, flexible, and child-focused Benefits Flexible schedule Ongoing clinical support Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Pay: $68–$82 per hour (based on experience, setting, and certifications) Job Type: Part-time,Full-time or Contract Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
