We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Producer who can develop new business, build trusted relationships with clients, and help shape where we go next. The Opportunity You will: Develop new middle-market employee benefits business, primarily within the 25–500 employee market Own the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through close Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers Serve as a senior-level benefits advisor, not simply a salesperson Lead benefits strategy, renewal discussions, marketing of plans, carrier negotiations, and client presentations Work with leading national and regional carriers Leverage modern benefits technology, including AI-powered employee decision support and benefits navigation through Nayya Partner with our service team to deliver a high-touch client experience Help strengthen carrier relationships and influence EvolveBenefy’s go-to-market strategy Your job is to develop relationships, create opportunities, win business, and advise clients. Our clients also have access to an AI-powered benefits navigation platform that helps employees make more informed benefit decisions and better understand and use the benefits available to them. Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Have 5+ years of employee benefits brokerage experience Have demonstrated success producing new business Understand group health insurance, funding strategies, renewals, carrier negotiations, and benefits strategy Are comfortable selling consultatively to CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders Have strong carrier and market relationships Hold an active Life and Health insurance producer license Operate with urgency, accountability, and follow-through Think like an advisor and sell like a producer Want to build, not simply maintain a book You are probably already successful.
