Warehouse Team Member – Industrial Distribution
Location: Houston, TX
Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Receive, organize, and manage inventory accurately
• Prepare and process shipments via FedEx, UPS, trucking, or hot shot delivery services
• Read and follow packing lists and shipping instructions
• Perform weekly cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift experience preferred; training provided)
• Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions
• Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and accounting teams
• Support additional warehouse and office-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Valid Texas driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
