As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a residential community by vehicle and bicycle, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Wed 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Thur 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, amenities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, property concerns, access-control issues, and potential rule violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
