This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to develop their skills, gain exposure to industry-leading automation technology, and build a long-term career with a company known for promoting from within.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, inspect, and repair material handling equipment, automated conveyors, and related systems.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on robotics, conveying equipment, and facility automation systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize downtime.Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.Support and maintain PLC-based control systems and automated equipment.Execute preventative maintenance schedules and accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.Perform battery changes and preventative maintenance activities for industrial battery systems.Create, update, manage, and close work orders utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Monitor equipment performance and document downtime data to support reliability improvements.Maintain spare parts inventory and organize maintenance supplies and equipment.Partner with operations and maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.Follow all safety regulations, OEM guidelines, and company maintenance procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial, manufacturing, or automated equipment.Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, conveyor systems, or related automation equipment.Minimum of 2 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.Working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and principles.Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Experience working within established safety programs and procedures.Familiarity with automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsExperience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance environments.Hands-on experience maintaining conveyors, robotics, automated packaging equipment, and material handling systems.Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and work order management.Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, or a related field.Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.Robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming exposure.Understanding of industrial safety standards and OEM maintenance requirements.Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.Why Join Us?Work with Advanced AutomationGain hands-on experience maintaining sophisticated robotics, high-speed conveyors, PLC-controlled systems, and automated material handling equipment used in a modern distribution environment.Exceptional Career GrowthJoin an organization with a strong history of promoting internal talent and providing clear advancement opportunities for maintenance and reliability professionals.Industry-Leading TrainingReceive formal training on advanced automation technologies, robotics systems, and industrial maintenance best practices that will strengthen your long-term career.Nationwide OpportunitiesBecome part of a large network of facilities across the country, creating opportunities for career mobility, expanded technical experience, and professional development.Innovation-Driven CultureWork in an environment that values safety, learning, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a highly automated distribution facility featuring advanced conveyors, robotics, automated packaging equipment, and PLC-controlled systems.
