Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest's table.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum six months culinary or related work experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean all equipment and utensils.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work a minimum of one station in an outlet.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• ServSafe (within 3 months).
