Your Role Conduct assessments and provide speech therapy interventions for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs. Create individualized therapy plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance speech and swallowing function. Celebrate each milestone with residents as they work toward their goals! What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon state license.
