The Employment Specialist Will provide flexible, comprehensive employment supports following principles of the IPS/Supported Employment model work with individuals, approaching all service users as having the potential to work, and will engage them in job placement and support, coordinating with the Team, as needed, to assist with readiness and associated skills development educate individuals, team members, and others about employment and education opportunities and provide guidance about benefits management in the context of employment and education represent the agency in discussions with employers and will advocate within the community for the expansion of employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities Schedule Full Time, 40 hours Pay Rate $24.66/hour Why You'll Love Riverside We make a true difference in people's lives through rewarding work.
