Process Technician-C or D Shift

C shift : Monday through Wednesday 6:00pm-12:15am, Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm-6:15am. D shift : Monday through Wednesday 12:00am-6:15am and Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm-6:15am. Start the new year with a new career move! MMI is looking for a reliable Process Technician for our facility in Warren, C & D SHIFTS who is ready to play a key role in supporting our production team by ensuring our molding processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this hands‑on position, you'll work closely with Shift Supervisors, Operators, and Engineers to set up and optimize molds, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain tooling. Your expertise will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Follow and enforce all safety, health, and quality standards. Set up, optimize, and change over molds and related equipment. Monitor and adjust molding processes to ensure consistent product quality. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and scrap. Collaborate with Supervisors and Operators to train and develop team skills. Document process changes and communicate updates to Engineering. Support efficiency goals by reducing setup time and improving cycle times. Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on experience processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment. Knowledge of mold design best practices (required). Experience with large‑part injection molding (preferred). Light maintenance skills with ability to support equipment upkeep. Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills (verbal and written). Work Environment & Expectations Working in office and manufacturing environment. Standing in excess of 7.5 hours per day in an environment that may be hot, noisy, and dirty. Serve as a technical expert and mentor to Operators and team members. Why work at MMI?
