Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing services and ensuring patient safety throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing patient needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse licensure in the respective state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Ability to work scheduled shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
