About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Data and Analytics Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology discipline that connects data and analytics strategy, portfolio priorities, product management, funding decisions, and execution. This role requires a leader who can ensure clear priorities, transparent trade-offs, and disciplined investment governance within the data and analytics organization. The AVP will own the enterprise data and analytics portfolio, product management, planning, and operating management functions, and will be a critical partner in aligning portfolio priorities and cross-functional execution. Key responsibilities include leading a team in data and analytics portfolio management, product management, lean business case analysis, financial management, vendor communications, and change management. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional decisions to enhance focus, execution, and business value. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of technical experience, including 5 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data and analytics operations, product management, and portfolio management, and possess advanced experience in leading special projects and producing metrics. A passion for continuous improvement in consumer experiences is essential. Professional certifications such as Six Sigma and PMP are a plus. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. The AVP will also be involved in the development of a long-term vendor management strategy and will support the activation of the operating model, including talent strategy and management within the data and analytics organization.
