Chick-fil-A Oregon (OH) – PM Back of House Team Member Wage Range $11- 16 per hour We are seeking reliable Team Members who are committed to working throughout the year. As part of our Back of House Team, you will serve guests through dine-in, carry-out, and catering while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. This is a fast-moving role that requires focus, flexibility, and attention to detail. Successful Team Members communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and maintain accuracy without sacrificing hospitality or care. Role The Back of House Team Member is responsible for helping create remarkable guest experiences through food safety, food quality, speed, cleanliness, teamwork, and care for others. Availability Preferred availability of 20+ hours/week Minimum availability of 12 hours/week required Minimum Full-Time Availability: 32+ hours a week Pay Rate Full-Time: $14 – 16/ hour Part-Time: $11 –$ 13 /hour Exact rate depends on weekend availability and experience. Reports to: Shift Leader, Manager and Director. What you will be doing Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly while accurately following restaurant systems and processes.
