This role requires an individual who is comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multi‑site leadership teams. Drive financial performance and portfolio growth. Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining operational discipline. Build, coach, and promote future leaders. Qualifications Proven success in multi‑unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar). Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations. Strong experience developing high‑performing teams and succession pipelines.
