Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13–26 weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday | 4x10 schedule available; must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients across a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Complete required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with Raintree or similar outpatient EMR platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills suited to a busy clinic environment
