Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help keep our facility safe, clean, and operating smoothly for our residents and staff.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Assistant supports the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. This role helps ensure a safe, comfortable environment by assisting with repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily facility needs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with routine building maintenance and repairs
• Supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks
• Helping maintain clean and safe outdoor areas
• Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the Maintenance Director and facility team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Positive attitude and dedication to resident safety and comfort
