Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Berkshire Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 5 years current CST experience required. - Travel experience required. First-time travelers will not be considered. - General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho including total joints, Neuro head and spine, and Trauma experience required. - Must be able to precept.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - C-section, ENT, Plastics, and DaVinci Robot experience preferred.

Required Credentials: - NBSTSA required; NCCT not accepted.

Special Requests: - Ability to start ASAP. This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. - All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at submission. Once initial RTO is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before the start date. - Scheduling requests at interview, at offer, or after offer may lead to a rescinded offer. - Must be ready and willing to complete expedited credentialing before the start date.

Unit Details: - Uses Meditech Expanse.

Shift & Scheduling: - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. - Weekend and holiday rotation required. - On-call required; details TBD.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 11/27/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/26/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
