Radiologic Technologist – Mammography Cross‑Training Opportunity (Full‑Time) Precision Imaging Centers is opening a new state‑of‑the‑art imaging center in Seven Pines, Southeast Jacksonville’s Southside area. We are looking for Radiologic Technologists who want to cross‑train in Mammography and advance their careers. Training & Work Location Initial training at our Gate Parkway center. Must be willing to commute between Gate Parkway and Seven Pines. Training period: minimum 6 months to achieve Mammography registration. Transition to the Seven Pines location upon opening later this year. Schedule Full‑time. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. What You’ll Do Obtain and review patient medical histories. Interpret physician orders and prepare imaging procedures. Educate and guide patients to ensure comfort and cooperation. Position patients and operate imaging equipment to capture high‑quality diagnostic images. Evaluate images for quality and accuracy. Assist radiologists with procedures as needed. Support other modalities and team members when necessary. What We’re Looking For ARRT (R) required. BLS certification required. High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to train and become Mammography certified. Strong communication and patient‑care skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Venipuncture experience preferred (willing to train). Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
