Responsibilities will include:Working as part of the Jacobs international project team to deliver certification advice and assessment services.Preparing BREEAM, LEED or WELL pre-assessments, strategies, specifications, and reports.Assessment of evidence to BREEAM, LEED or WELL standards.Preparing and delivering sustainability review and assurance meetings with clients, design teams and construction teams (remotely, but could include travel abroad).Co-ordination of regular internal online presentations and meetings (in co-ordination with Jacobs technical lead for sustainability certification).Approved business development and growth activities (in co-ordination with Line Manager).Monitoring and maintaining all necessary licences and accreditations for BREEAM, LEED and WELL (and any other certification schemes as required) for Jacobs Poland.We offer:Work in an experienced project team, on international and prestigious projects, in a company present in all areas of infrastructure investment; Collaboration with specialists and engineers from Jacobs' foreign offices and other industries on projects of global scale; Opportunity to participate in innovation initiatives and its practical application in process optimization using the latest technology and software; Benefit package (LuxMed medical package, additional life insurance, subsidized Multisport card, My Benefit system); Opportunity to participate in English, Polish, German courses - financed by Jacobs;Employment based on a full-time employment contract; Jacobs social networks: Women's network, One World, PRISM, Careers Network, Collectively and others, and participation in initiatives related to their activities;Flexible working hours (start between 7:30 - 10:00 AM) and "short Fridays" (Monday - Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h); Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid model. Here's what you'll need A minimum of 5 years’ professional relevant experience for buildings-related design and construction projectsProfessional Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Sustainability, or similar from an accredited programDemonstrated progressive overall experience in an Architectural, Engineering, or Sustainability Consulting organizationLEED AP with Specialty; credential must be activeExperience as the LEED Project Administrator on projects which have completed certification under LEEDv4Detailed knowledge of sustainability and integrated design processDemonstrated knowledge of strategies and systems related to occupant wellness, energy efficiency, daylighting, indoor air quality, materials assessment, stormwater management, and other common topicsStrong organizational skills to help facilitate multiple projects at one time, communication (both verbal and written) skills, creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively coordinate with architectural and engineering project team members, both internal and externalProfessional experience writing and developing project reports and presentationsDemonstrated software experience with Bluebeam studio and Microsoft OfficeEnthusiasm, accountability, and a goal-oriented attitudeIdeally, You'll Also Have:Additional formal education in buildings or infrastructure-related discipline, or sustainability/resilience (e.g. Masters, certificate courses)Experience creating and working with client- or geographic-specific design standardsAdditional sustainability- or energy-centric credentials (e.g. WELL AP, Envision SP, Living Future Accreditation, Certified Passive House Consultant, etc.) as well as related project experienceExperience on fast-track, accelerated project deliveryAlready established as a sustainability industry leader or well positioned to help build our reputationWe know that if we are inclusive, we’re more connected, and if we are diverse, we’re more creative.
