As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RBTs to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. About the Role: As an RBT at New Patterns ABA VA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors Assisting in the development of behavior intervention strategies Participating in team meetings and training sessions Maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families Adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Qualifications: We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred) Reliable transportation Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred) Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy the following benefits: $22–$28 per hour Supportive and collaborative work environment Career advancement opportunities within the company Flexible schedule Bonus structure Accrued PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
