Overview Key Rehab is looking for a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our team in Humboldt, NE in a SNF setting. Sign‑on bonus up to $7,000 is available for successful applicants. Key Rehab is an equal‑opportunity employer/service provider. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. Active PT license in the state of practice. Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and to state and federal regulations. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility and team collaboration. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience with elderly patients. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations. Responsibilities Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
