Material Handler / Forklift Operator (Sit-Down, Stand-Up) 1st & 2nd Shift Available

NOW HIRING - Material Handlers (Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift & Swing Reach Operators)

Abundant Solutions is hiring experienced Material Handlers for 1st and 2nd Shift positions!

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - $20 hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM - $22 hr

Position Summary:
We are looking for dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
• Pick and stage materials for production or shipping
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and swing reach equipment safely
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse/material handling experience required
• Experience operating Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift, and/or Swing Reach equipment
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material movement
