You will be based out of our Lux Apartments community and assist at Broadway Apartments. You'll rotate between properties, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.Your responsibilities include:Handling daily maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and shared areasTurning vacant units quickly and effectivelyPerforming preventative maintenance and general upkeepPatching and paintingMaintaining grounds and community curb appealTroubleshooting and resolving maintenance concerns promptlyWe're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in doing things right the first time and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.Preferred skills and traits:Bilingual- English and Spanish (Preferred)Great time management and attention to detailReliable and professional work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable using basic computer programsStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written)Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall is a plusExperience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing preferred
