responsibilities:

• Operational & Shipment Oversight: Take full ownership of product quality, inspection schedules, and final shipment readiness to ensure machines meet all specifications and delivery targets.

• Team Leadership & Performance: Direct and mentor Quality Control and assembly teams; set clear expectations for productivity, safety, and performance while driving continuous skill development.

• Process Optimization & Efficiency: Manage resource allocation, staffing, and status tracking to maximize inspection productivity and maintain steady throughput.

• Quality Assurance & CAPA: Lead root-cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives to eliminate execution gaps and prevent issue recurrence.

• Standard Work & Training: Create comprehensive training plans and coach standard work procedures to guarantee consistent, high-standard execution across all shifts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and operations teams to champion continuous improvement projects and streamline workflows.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain equipment calibration, update QC procedures, and ensure strict compliance with international machine tool inspection standards and accurate record-keeping.
