Minro studio is hiring an experienced barista and shop keeper. We are a small café and ceramics studio in beautiful Serenbe (45 minutes south of Atlanta). We are looking for a kind, hardworking and highly attentive individual to help us with our venture. It will be a bonus if you have a love for ceramics as that is a big part of our business. We strive to be a very personable business so it’s important that you have great conversational skills and a customer first approach.

We are looking for both part time and full time employees to help us!

- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and other drinks

- Maintain and organize the coffee area and the shop to uphold brand standards

- Learn about and understand the brands we work with and why

- Ability to understand and explain our ceramics class offerings, upcoming events, and our retail section

- Follow our uniform policy

- Be able to receive constructive criticism from customers and react appropriately

- Restock items on the retail shelf if needed

Requirements:

- 21+ years

- 1+ years of barista and hospitality experience

- Stand on your feet for 5+ hours

- Ability to lift and move heavy items

- Bonus if you live in Atlanta and can help us with pastry deliveries
