With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., you'll collaborate with educators and families to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (state licensure in Indiana or eligibility required)
• Demonstrated success working in elementary school settings (K-5)
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites as needed
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, helping develop effective, student-centered plans
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver intervention services
• Assist in the design and implementation of academic and behavioral interventions
• Promote positive social-emotional learning and help create safe, supportive school climates
