Pharmacy Manager (Sign on Bonus: $40,000) – Pine City, MN Location: 950 11TH ST SW, PINE CITY, MN 55063-2113, United States of America Position Summary Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and administering other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing, proper in‑stock inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, developing and maintaining cross‑functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics. Models and enforces proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved within company guidelines. Oversees community outreach programs, encourages associates to serve the community, and ensures compliance with company and legal policies and procedures. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates by selecting training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, and recognizing and promoting a belonging mindset. Manages pharmacy operations, conducts associate meetings, and ensures operations align with company and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, SOP, QA policies, and procedures. Oversees inventory flow, monitors financial performance, and ensures all assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses are accounted for and reported in compliance with company policies. Establishes a culture of patient safety, quality of care, and compliance execution, and promotes reporting transparency and root cause analysis. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $112,000 to $197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
