Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitative care in our inpatient setting. Working closely with occupational therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and promote independence in daily living skills. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on patient-centered recovery and professional growth.
