Outreach Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Program Manager to lead our outreach initiatives and foster meaningful community relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, program development expertise, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs. Manage relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service recipients. Supervise outreach staff and volunteers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Coordinate outreach activities across multiple sites. Other Information/Requirements: Program development and implementation tailored to populations with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges. Skilled in relationship management with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders. Prior supervisory experience in a social work. Experience in budgeting, administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with funding agencies.
