Senior Data EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Databricks to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines. You'll play a key role in building scalable Lakehouse solutions while ensuring reliable, high-quality data for analytics, reporting, and downstream applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using DatabricksDevelop PySpark and Spark SQL transformationsBuild Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers using Medallion ArchitectureImplement Delta Live Tables, Workflows, and Unity CatalogOptimize Spark jobs for scalability and performanceDesign dimensional data models for analytical workloadsImplement data quality validations and monitoringCollaborate with analytics, engineering, and architecture teamsBuild reusable frameworks and automationSupport CI/CD deployment pipelines and Git-based developmentRequired Qualifications7–10+ years of Data Engineering experienceExtensive hands-on Databricks experienceStrong PySpark programmingAdvanced Spark SQL skillsExperience with Delta LakeExperience implementing Medallion ArchitectureHands-on Delta Live TablesUnity Catalog experienceStrong SQL optimization and performance tuningExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCPCI/CD and Git experienceStrong understanding of distributed data systemsExperience designing enterprise data modelsPreferred QualificationsDatabricks certificationExperience with streaming dataExperience building reusable data frameworksExperience with enterprise governanceExposure to AI-assisted development tools including Databricks AI Genie
