One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Outer Banks, NC
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our Outer Banks team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading install crews, and want consistent year-round work with a company that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installationsSupervise and train installation helpers
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company standards
Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment What We Offer Competitive percentage-based pay structure

EPA Certification required
