Solutions Engineer - SMB, Ads

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Be an expert on TikTok's Ads capabilities and build trust through deep technical expertise and customer needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities through innovative, scalable solutions and best practices. Understand the unique needs of small and medium‑size businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges. Build and ship new products as well as end‑to‑end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams. Maintain subject‑matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields. 3+ years of experience shipping production quality code. Familiar with one or more general‑purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally. Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design. Preferred Qualifications Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics. Experience in growing small and medium‑size businesses. Solutions‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and development experience. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156,000 - $316,800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
