Description

Position Summary: On call rotation will be required as well. The Maintenance Technician completes basic repairs & PMs on building & facilities equipment with some supervision. Self-motivated to follow & learn from higher level maintenance techs. & Director of Facilities. Completing workorders with little supervision. Maintains a comfortable physical environment in those facilities in accordance with policies, procedures, standards, and practices set by the Atchison Hospital, Kansas State Department of Health and Human Resources, Kansas State Fire Marshal, Health Facilities Accreditation Program and other local community and governmental agencies. On call rotation will be required as well.

  • Minimum Required Experience: 1-3 years experience in maintenance type work.
  • Preferred Experience: 3-5 years experience in maintenance type work.
• Education:
  • Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Experience: Post High School education related to maintenance.
• Licenses:

  • Preferred Licenses: N/A
• Certifications:
  • Minimum Required: N/A
  • Preferred Certifications: HVAC, CET, OSHA30, OSHA40, etc…
