Construction Foreman

Company: Servant's Heart General Contracting Job Summary We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of construction experience and with 1-2 years in a leadership role to join our team as a Construction Foreman. The ideal candidate is a jack‑of‑all‑trades, comfortable with everything from carpentry to electrical work. We are a small business that is growing rapidly and we want a dedicated team player. We put a strong emphasis on quality construction and we expect any addition to our staff to exhibit these qualities. Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent with installing and directing others in framing and installation of joists, rafters, floors, etc. Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs associated with maintenance work Maintain residential and commercial facilities and perform repairs on buildings Assist in determining the day’s workplan and instruct laborers in how to perform this work Inspect laborer’s work and correct when necessary Act as primary client contact when superintendent is not available Qualifications Strong integrity and confident leader Excellent communication skills Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in extreme temperatures High capacity for patience and a willingness to train others #J-18808-Ljbffr RedBalloon
