Shifts: 1900 to 0730, every other weekend and holiday


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Rehab RN for an exciting travel assignment in Marshfield, WI. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care within a specialized acute inpatient rehab environment. Ideal for those with a background in rehabilitation or med-surg nursing.

Key Responsibilities of the Rehab RN

• Provide care for rehab patients with common diagnoses including stroke, trauma, and neurological conditions
• Collaborate closely with PT, OT, SLP, and rehab physicians
• Manage IV fluids, antibiotics, and heparin drips
• Attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab
• Perform roles that may include charge nurse responsibilities
• Administer respiratory treatments like nebs and inhalers
• Adapt to rotating shifts and weekend/holiday schedules as required
• Participate in 2 twelve-hour shifts for unit-specific orientation

Requirements of the Rehab RN

• Valid RN license in good standing
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Previous rehabilitation experience or applicable med-surg background
• Willingness to float to med surg telemetry units
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred
