Also responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse and operating all warehouse equipment in a safe manner. As part of the materials team, this position will also assist in the stockroom and shipping as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the timely and accurate processing of all incoming shipments (including RMAs)Responsible for the timely delivery of orders to their respective departmentResponsible for the effective communication with the Purchasing team to resolve PO issues – this includes actively following upEffectively use the ERP system to record all transactions and perform daily tasksMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly mannerProficiently operate all warehouse equipment and follow all safety proceduresElevate issues and concerns to Supervisor in a timely and effective mannerAssist the materials team as neededDemonstrate a positive attitude and respect for co-workers; conduct oneself with a high level of professionalismPerform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by SupervisorJob RequirementsHS diploma or equivalent requiredGood computer skills and basic math skills requiredSome receiving experience in a factory environment preferredMust be able to be forklift certified (company will provide training)Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basisMust be organized and detail orientedMust be able to read, interpret and follow instructions, procedures and relevant documentsMust be able to effectively communicate throughout the organization in a professional mannerWork EnvironmentFactory environmentPPE requiredPersonal Protective EquipmentUse of safety glassesUse of steel protective shoes or protective shoe coversTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
