We are seeking a Treatnment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice. Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: OFF

Responsibilities

The Dental Treatment Coordinator should:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Present treatment plans and collect payments
• Arrange payment plans for patients
• Knowledge of dental PPO insurance benefits

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior experience working dental front office is required.
• Knowledge of Dental operations is required
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is required
• Knowledge of Dental software, such as Denticon, is preferred
