Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ability to prepare quotes, discuss product information, and professionally follow up on sales opportunities.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/business tools such as Outlook, HubSpot, and Infor.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Detail-oriented with accurate customer, quote, and order data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Sales experience.
• Ability to interpret written instructions, diagrams, and architectural drawings.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Associate supports Sales Executives with customer engagement, quote preparation, proposal coordination, and sales opportunities. The role works with Sales, Operations, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Experience to advance customer projects and maintain clear communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare quotes, coordinate samples, and support RFQ/RFP proposals.
• Conduct outbound communications, qualify leads, and follow up on open quotes and product inquiries.
• Track sales opportunities and maintain customer, quote, and account records.
• Support customer relationships, smaller accounts, and targeted market segments.
• Coordinate quote, order, and project status updates.
• Assist with order entry, sales documentation, and contract review administration.
• Distribute catalogs, brochures, and product information.
• Support product research, trade shows, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
• Maintain communication with remote sales representatives.
• Assist with sales coordination improvements and additional assigned tasks.

The position is part of an evolving organizational structure intended to strengthen commercial-team collaboration and customer-facing efficiency.
