Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication and property visits.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s property, priorities, and expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage maintenance contract renewals, pricing updates, and ensure contract accuracy for assigned accounts.
• Identify, propose, and close enhancement opportunities and additional services in alignment with company offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding services, changes, concerns, and expectations, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Production Managers to relay scope, priorities, and client feedback, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Document, approve, and ensure accurate billing for all requested changes, additional services, and scope adjustments.
• Conduct regular property inspections and client walkthroughs to verify service quality, identify concerns, and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention, identifying risks early and taking proactive steps to address them.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field, preferably within the landscape or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing contracts and documentation.
• Ability to identify opportunities for service enhancements and revenue growth.
• Comfortable conducting property visits and inspections outdoors.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively with operations and production teams.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Compensation

$45,000 – $55,000 Salary (Full-time, Annual). Expected hours: 45–55 per week.
