Prefer person to have good crop production experience with a willingness to assist with livestock when needed. The main focus of this position is equipment operation and farming, prefer person with plant to harvest experience with good equipment operating and maintenance skills. Really prefer a person able to operate a semi for some local grain hauling. Person needs to be a self-starter, have a good attitude and be willing and able to work in all areas of the farm and ranch when needed. This is a very good opportunity, and owner is searching for a long-term person. Good equipment with good facilities.
