Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact in a school-based setting as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This role is designed for passionate professionals ready to work with a diverse K-12 caseload near Cleveland, TX, providing direct services, evaluations, and collaborating with a supportive educational team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Prior experience with pediatric populations in a school or clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students, adjusting approaches to meet individual needs
• Conduct assessments, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to support student progress
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
• Adapt therapy techniques for a range of communication disorders in a culturally responsive manner
• Participate in ongoing professional development throughout the contract

Position Details:

• Contract runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027
• Full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Compensation offered at $45 per hour, paid weekly
