You’ll support our bakery‑cafe’s growing business and serve local communities across the country by sharing a warm welcome, delivering food with gratitude, and building personal connections that keep guests coming back. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth during each guest interaction, delivering excellent service. Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency—no assembly lines. Assist guests throughout entry, cashier, dining areas, staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods. Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile. Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest. Experience in a fast‑paced environment with multitasking ability. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and practice training completed (Food Handler’s Card as required by law). Enjoy working with food. Food service experience preferred but not required.
